Orders are processed within 2–5 business days for review, packaging, and quality inspection.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee:
A flat rate of $6.99 per order, regardless of destination within our shipping regions.

Canada / UK / Australia: 10–16 business days

• Temporary tracking delays do not indicate that your order is lost.
4. International Shipments & Customs
For international orders:
• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
• SuvyQen™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
