1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and any included accessories are intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

• The shipping label

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or promotional clearance items

5. Exchanges

For exchanges:

  2. Return the original item according to the instructions provided

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For customers located in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason, provided:

• The item is unused
• The original packaging is intact
• Proof of purchase is included

This is in addition to our standard 30-day return eligibility for unused items.

7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
